| Recognizing the new trends in liner shipping, Evergreen
launched its first full container service in 1975. Following its first move
into container transport, Evergreen systematically containerized all of its
major liner routes in preparation for its Round- the-World full container
service.
Today,
owning 61 full container vessels, Evergreen provides liner services throughout
Asia, Europe, the Americas, Australia, Africa, and the Mediterranean. This has
made the company one of the world’s largest container liner operators.
